Overall, chapter ten of the book focuses on the presentation of the challenges which continue to face the employees in the public sector. It reveals a different approach of the public sector, which is often the target of the population's scrutiny. But this new approach of the public sector helps the population better understand the challenges and the complexities and helps create a higher level of tolerance for the perceived mishaps of the public system.
